Abstract

Hozirgacha texnologiya har bir biznesda hukmronlik qilmoqda; an'anaviy yondashuvni o'zgartirib, uni ko'proq modernizatsiya bilan almashtirmoqda. Bilamizki,qo'lda ishlash xodimlarning ko'p vaqtini va kuchini talab qilishi barchamizga ma'lum.HR avtomatlashtirish dasturi kadrlar bo'limlariga rezyumeni tekshirish, vaqt jadvallarini yangilash yoki xodimlarni ishga qabul qilish va ishga tushirish kabi vaqtni talab qiluvchi qo'lda bajariladigan jarayonlarni tezlashtirishga yordam beradi. Natijada, zerikarli takrorlanadigan ishlarni bajarishdan vaqtni tejashga yordam beradi.Ushbu maqola AI texnologiyalarining ishga qabul qilish jarayonini avtomatlashtirish jarayoni o'z ichiga olgan.
