BIOKIMYOVIY MARKYORLARNING PREEKLAMPSIYA ISTIQBOLINI BELGILASHDAGI O'RNI

Abstract

Preeklampsiya ona va perinatal o'limning asosiy sabablaridan biri hisoblanib, zamonaviy tibbiyotning dolzarb muammolaridan biri bo'lib qolmoqda. Preeklampsiya – ona organizmi moslashuv mexanizmlarining rivojlanayotgan homila ehtiyojlarini adekvat taʼminlay olmasligining klinik ko'rinishi va etiologik jihatdan bu patologik holat bo'lib, birinchi navbatda endotelial, immunologik va autoimmun buzilishlar bilan belgilanadi. Barcha nazariyalarni birlashtiruvchi nuqta bu preeklampsiyaning har qanday turida ikkilamchi yallig'lanishning rivojlanishidir. Maqsad: Preeklampsiya kuzatilgan homiladorlarda bioximik markerlarining miqdorini aniqlash va shunga ko'ra, homiladorlarda akusherlik va perinatal asoratlar rivojlanishining dastlabki belgilarini bashorat qilish va profilaktika me'zonlarini ishlab chiqish. Material va uslublar. Preeklampsiya kuzatilgan 104 nafar homilador va ularning chaqaloqlari holati tahlil qilindi. Nazorat guruhi gipertenziv buzilishlar kuzatilmagan 31 nafar soglom homiladorlar tashkil qildi. Xulosa. Gipergomotsisteinemiya va vitamina D tanqisligi nafaqat homilador ayolning sog'lig'iga, balki yangi tug'ilgan chaqaloqning holatiga ham ta'sir etishi aniqlandi.

Keywords

preeklampsiya, endotelial disfunksiya, gipergomotsisteinemiya, perinatal zararlanish, С reaktiv oqsil, laktatdegidrogenaza, endoteliy, vitamin D, gomosistein, markyor.
