In this article, it is noted that in the new version of our Constitution, human rights and freedoms in the Republic of Uzbekistan are recognized and guaranteed according to the generally recognized norms of international law, including the inclusion of a number of progressive guarantees on the protection of human rights, among them the most the main idea, that is, the priority of human rights and freedoms - the idea of being recognized as the highest goal of the legal state, and its expression is recognized. Based on this approach, the norms of human rights in the new version of the Constitution increased more than 3 times. The Miranda rule and the institution of habeas corpus are among such new guarantees.
