BMTning ta'lim, fan va madaniyat masalalari bo'yicha "Ma'rifiy, ma'naviy va madaniy mazmundagi materiallarni olib kirish" to'g'risidagi bitimida dunyo miqyosida ta'lim oluvchilarni o'qitish sifatiga nisbatan keng sharoitlar yaratish, ta'lim jarayoniga zamonaviy innovatsion texnologiyalarni joriy etish bo'yicha ilmiy-tadqiqot ishlari olib borish alohida ahamiyatga ega.
