
Jahonning ilg'or mamlakatlari qatorida bizning davlatimizda ham nanoelektronika va nanotexnologiyalar bo'yicha ilmiy markazlar tashkil qilingan, o'quv dasturlariga "Nanofizika", "Nanotexnologiyalar", "Nanofizika va biotexnologiyalar", "Mikroelektronika" kabi fanlar kiritilgan. Qisqa muddat ichida nanotexnologiyalar rivojlanib o'z mahsulini bera boshladi. Ular asosida yaratilgan materiallar nanoelektronikada, biotexnologiyalarda, tibbiyotda va ko'p boshqa sohalarda qo'llanilmoqda. Mazkur maqolada oliy ta`lim talabalariga Nanotexnologiyaga oid bilimlar berish va mavzularni tushuntirishda raqamli texnologiyalardan foydalanib o`qitish metodikasi va usullari haqida so`z yuritilgan.
