ПРИМЕНЕНИЕ ВОБЕНЗИМА ПРИ ЛЕЧЕНИИ ГЕМОФТАЛЬМА У ДЕТЕЙ

Abstract

Системная энзимотерапия, в частности Вобэнзим широко применяется в лечении многих заболеваний внутренних органов. Препарат обладает противовоспалительными, противоотечным, фибринолитическим и иммуномодулирующим действием. В офтальмологии Вобэнзим применяется при лечении тромбоза центральной вены сетчатки и ее ветвей, кровоизлияниях в сетчатку и стекловидное тело, дистрофических и воспалительных процессов, а также при травмах, осложненных кровоизлияниями. Учитывая важность проблемы и ее социальную значимость, в настоящее время проведенные исследования направленны на поиски оптимальных путей консервативного и хирургического лечения гемофтальма, позволяющих восстановить утерянное зрение
