Urug'larning sifatini o'rganish M.K. Firsova usulida GOST 34221-2017 ni inobatga olgan holda bajarildi. Tukli ervaning urug'larini tozalashda, perikarp ajratilishida qiyinchiliklar 15-20 % urug' mahsulotining yo'qolishiga olib kelishini hisobga olganda, yana bir parametr ko'rsatgich tozalanmagan (perikarp ichidagi) urug'larni ekish usuli ko'rib chiqildi.
