Abstract

Sirt faol moddalar gidrofil va gidrofob qismlardan hosil bo'lgan kimyoviy birikma bo'lib suvda eriganda sirt tarangligiga ta'sir qiladi. Sirt faol moddalar sovun, detarjan, namlovchi moddalar va emulsifikatorlarning umumiy nomi. Sirt faol moddalar shunchaki suyuqlikning sirt tarangligini kamaytiradiga moddalardir. Foydalanish vaqtida u suv va havoning tutashgan joyida kondetsatsiyalanadi va sirt tarangligini kamaytiradi.Sirt faol moddalar 4 toifaga bo'linadi.
