Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy maqolada oliy ta'lim tizimida talabalarning fuqarolik faollik ko'nikmalarmi shakllantirishda hamda ularning ilmiy salohiyatini oshirishda mavjud tarixiy, ijtimoiy-siyosiy hamda pedagogik-psixologik muammolarni jahon va mahalliy tajribalardan kelib chiqib, bugungi holatini tahlil qilish orqali ilmiy-nazariy ma'lumotlarni amalda qo'llashni takomillashtirish bo'yicha hulosalar va takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
