Abstract

A competitividade industrial faz com que a busca pela otimização dos resultados dos processos produtivos seja constante objeto de novos estudos, almejando propostas inovadoras. A eficiência nos processos é um diferencial de mercado, principalmente em relação ao consumo de energia nos parques industriais. Neste contexto, o presente trabalho tem por objetivo avaliar a eficiência elétrica no processo de fresamento, através da variação da velocidade de corte e do avanço por gume sobre a tensão, corrente e potência elétrica da máquina ferramenta, bem como mapear as fontes de incertezas nos sistemas de medição empregados. A metodologia compreende a comparação do analisador de qualidade de energia com alicate amperímetro, em um planejamento fatorial 2². Nota-se que as variáveis influenciam nas análises de corrente e potência elétricas, porém em termos de tensão elétrica não há influencia estatisticamente significativa. As fontes de incertezas comprovam a distinção entre as faixas de erro máximo de cada equipamento empregado nas análises, apresentando distinção de 50% na incerteza entre os equipamentos utilizados.
