Abstract

This release provides a hotfix for two issues that started to pop up because of incompatibilities between the new Unipept index and the Unipept Web Application. Bugs: Peptides were wrongly in-silico tryptically digested before being sent to the Unipept API for analysis (#1570) The "missed cleavage handling" tooltip was sometimes wrongly hidden too soon (#1570)
