Sistem Pemilah Tingkat Kematangan Pinang Menggunakan Sensor TCS3200 dan Monitoring Menggunakan Telegram

Abstract

Buah pinang merupakan salah satu komoditas ekspor unggulan Kalimantan Barat. Dalam pemanfaatannya buah pinang mentah dapat diolah menjadi jus maupun obat, buah pinang matang dapat digunakan sebagai pewarna tekstil dan bahan kosmetik, dan buah pinang tua memiliki manfaat sebagai campuran dalam memakan sirih. Pemilahan buah pinang ini masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan penglihatan manusia. Sistem ini melakukan pemilahan buah pinang dengan sensor TCS3200 dan melakukan monitoring pada sistem secara real time menggunakan bot telegram. Arduino digunakan sebagai kendali keseluruhan sistem. Perangkat keras yang digunakan yaitu motor servo jenis MG90S, NodeMCU ESP32, dan konveyor. Perangkat sensor Loadcell untuk mengukur berat pada buah pinang dan sensor Ultrasonik HC-SR04 untuk mengetahui tinggi pada wadah. Hasil pengujian menggunakan 30 buah pinang mentah, 30 buah pinang matang, dan 30 buah pinang tua menunjukkan bahwa tingkat akurasi dalam pemilahan menggunakan sensor TCS3200 adalah 88,89% sedangkan error relatif rata-rata dari pengukuran berat buah yaitu sebesar 8,04%.
