Abstract

РЕЗЮМЕ: В тази статия се разглежда явлението видео интервюиране в ролята му на модерен метод за привличане на талант в бизнес организациите, като са извършени етимологично проучване на оформящото се значение на "понятието" и сродните му термини, както и описание на основните му характеристики. Откроени са различните му видове и сфери на приложение. Анализирани са причините за разпространението му, както и неговите предимства и недостатъци. Отправени са препоръки към мениджърите в компаниите с оглед повишаване на ефективността при използването му. ABSTRACT: This article dwells on the phenomenon of "video interviewing" as a modern talent acquisition method, applied in business organizations. Etymologic study of this construct, its related terms and description of its basic characteristics are performed. Different types of video interviewing and numerous application spheres are identified. The reasons of its proliferation, its 1advantages and drawbacks are analyzed too. Recommendations to company managers are given in relation with their achieving higher efficiency in the implementation of this method.
