Abstract

Мазкур мақолада умумий ўрта, ўрта махсус ва профессионал таълим муассасаларида қонунчилик ижроси устидан прокурор назоратини амалга ошириш ва бу борада хорижий давлатларнинг илғор тажрибалари тизимли-тузилмавий, қонун ҳужжатларини шарҳлаш, қиёсий-ҳуқуқий таҳлил усулларидан фойдаланган ҳолда кўриб чиқилиб, тизим фаолиятини такомиллаштиришга қаратилган таклифлар ишлаб чиқилган.
