The Internet era is an urgent issue with a high need to study diplomatic law. First of all, this is the demand of the times. In the current period, the digital requirements that are growing in the creation of norms of diplomatic law and in the practice of applying the law should find their expression more clearly. At the same time, it is important to preserve the classical aspects of diplomatic law. After all, diplomacy and diplomatic law have historically relied on customary norms, traditionalism and stability. These aspects sharply distinguish diplomatic law from other branches of law.
