Comportement d'achat du consommateur pendant la crise Covid- 19 : Contribution à la compréhension de l'essor du circuit virtuel : Cas du Maroc

Abstract

La crise du Covid-19 était une situation complétement anormale, inédite et inattendue. Les consommateurs ont vécu des scénarii de consommation très diversifiée.Les entreprises qui adoptaient le digital comme canal de promotion de leurs produits et ventes, avant la propagation du virus, l'ont fait davantage et ont accentué leurs actions sur ce canal électronique, tandis que celles qui n'existaient pas sur ces supports l'ont rapidement adopté. Cet article de recherche vise à étudier l'influence de la crise du Covid-19 sur les comportements d'achat des consommateurs marocains, et comment le circuit virtuel a pris le dessus dans leurs schémas comportementaux. L'étude est de nature exploratoire, et est menée auprès de 14 interviewés. Théoriquement, elle aspire à enrichir le champ du comportement des consommateurs, par des aperçus et enseignements spécifiques à la période de la crise. Sur le plan managérial, l'objectif est de constituer un article de référence au profit des entreprises désireuses de saisir les nouveaux portraits d'achat, entre le digital et le physique.
