La perception du « made in Morocco » dans les marques de distributeur par le consommateur marocain : cas du secteur de la grande distribution alimentaire

Abstract

Cet article aborde la grande distribution alimentaire car ce secteur s'oriente vers le sourcing local communément appelé « le made in Morocco » et la diversification des produits notamment à travers les marques de distributeur.La question qui se pose à ce niveau est : comment le consommateur marocain perçoit actuellement « le made in Morocco » ? L'objectif est de déterminer les principales dimensions de la perception qui influencent directement ou indirectement l'achat des MDD agroalimentaires fabriquées localement. A travers une analyse théorique, une revue documentaire basée sur une étude quantitative réalisée en 2023 sur la perception du consommateur marocain par rapport au label « Made in Morocco » et une étude exploratoire menée auprès de 15 professionnels de la grande distribution, nous allons constater que les principales variables reposent sur le prix, l'attitude envers ces MDD ou encore la publicité.
