Penyebab kematian di Kabupaten Sleman Tahun 2015-2022

Abstract

Health and Demographic Surveillance System (HDSS) Sleman merupakan sistem surveilans yang mengumpulkan data transisi kependudukan, status kesehatan dan sosial penduduk kabupaten Sleman secara periodik setahun sekali. Hingga tahun 2023 telah dilaksanakan 8 siklus pengumpulan data. HDSS Sleman menggunakan dua versi kuesioner WHO Verbal Autopsy, yaitu versi tahun 2014 (pengumpulan data tahun 2016) dan versi tahun 2016 (pengumpulan data tahun 2017 hingga saat ini) untuk memprediksi penyebab kematian responden. Laporan ini mendeskripsikan penyebab kematian, hasil analisis data verbal autopsy tahun 2015-2022.
