Atractus reticulatus (Boulenger, 1885) Type locality. São LourenÇo do Sul, state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Distribution. Known from Argentina, Brazil, and Uruguay (Plt. 176A). In Brazil, recorded in Pampas Grasslands, Atlantic Forest, Araucaria Forest, and marginally in Cerrado (Plt. 176A), at low to intermediate elevations (Plt. 176B). No detailed field data on habitat use are available for this species.
