Tropidophis grapiuna Curcio et al., 2012 Type locality. Serra da Pedra Lascada, Itajuípe, state of Bahia, Brazil. Distribution. Endemic to Brazil (Plt. 35A). Known from a restricted area in the northern portion of the Atlantic Forest (Plt. 35A) at intermediate to high elevations (Plt. 35B). Observed in the field in upland forest (Curcio et al., 2012).
