The Power of Cloud-Edge-IoT and 5G for Advanced Intralogistics Management

Abstract

The realm of intralogistics has been undergoing a significant transformation driven by rapid advancements in technology. As industries worldwide struggle with the challenges of optimising internal logistics processes, the convergence of Cloud-EdgeIoT and 5G emerges as a promising solution. In response to these needs, Telefónica and NTT DATA have collaborated to develop a 5G intralogistics management platform. This platform focuses on coordinating Autonomous vehicles and various manufacturing sensors and systems.
