The purpose of searching the literature is to find out where is known about the research problem ). To find relevant studies, Literature exploration was carried out using different electronic data bases including the Pub Med, Cumulative Index Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL), Medical Literature On Line (Medline), The Exerpta Medical Data base (EMBASE), and Google Scholar. The search by entering a word or phrase that captures the key concepts in the articles was applied. Keywords: Breast cancer, Mammogram, psychological barriers, Anxiety, women, screening.
