Abstract

El objetivo de esta ponencia es abordar la polémica letras / ciencias que se originó en el campo educativo europeo en el último tercio del siglo XIX y su impacto en el campo educativo argentino, particularmente la inflexión del debate que tuvo lugar en las páginas de la Revista de Filosofía, fundada por José Ingenieros en 1915. Nos interesa, en consecuencia, analizar comparativamente el debate europeo y sus proyecciones en la Argentina, así como el modo peculiar en que el debate educativo y disciplinario es resignificado en el marco del proyecto editorial e ideológico de la Revista de Filosofía.
