Impuls zur zeitgenössischen Wissenschaft – was die GND birgt und was man finden kann

Abstract

Im Rahmen des von der Deutschen Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) geförderten Projekts PID Network Deutschland fand am 19. Oktober 2023 das Online-Seminar zu PIDs für Personen (https://www.pid-network.de/neuigkeiten/veranstaltungen/online-seminar-pids-fuer-personen) statt. Im von mir eingebrachten "Impulsvortrag zur GND" habe ich die durch ihre Geschichte und ihre Regelwerke bedingten Herausforderungen, Personen der zeitgenössischen Wissenschaft zu finden, skizziert. Zur Veranschaulichung habe ich zwischen Folien und direkt im GND Explorer (https://explore.gnd.network) gewechselt, deshalb verschriftliche ich das Gesagte zur Veröffentlichung, um den Stand Oktober 2023 festzuhalten.
