Second official release This is the second release of nnU-Net-BPR-annotations to accompany submission of an article about "Enrichment of the NLST and NSCLC-Radiomics computed tomography collections with AI-derived annotations" to Nature Scientific Data. This release is accompanied by the usage notebook which details how to interact with the enhanced collections available in v13 of Imaging Data Commons. We have updated the usage notebook to work with the current version of Colab. We included specific package versions (bokeh, pandas) and fixed issues related to pyplastimatch updates. Minor edits were made to the notebook to ensure the plots etc are still generated correctly.
