УЛУЧШЕНИЕ ТЕХНОЛОГИЧЕСКИХ И СВОЙСТВ МОДИФИЦИРОВАННЫХ ХЛОПКОВЫХ ВОЛОКОН АНТИПРИЕНАМИ

Abstract

В работе проведено исследований синтеза антипирена с составом: серицин, полиэтиленгликоль и мочевина. Следует отметить, что модификация натурального волокна предлагаемыми растворами антиприеновой композиции по сравнению с фабричным составом состоят из меньшего количества компонентов и следовательно, легко могут быть приготовлены в условиях текстильно-прядильных предприятий и, по результатам эксперимента видно, что модификация приводит к сохранению огнеупорности натурального волокна, а также, прочности при разрывной нагрузке. Таким образом, исследование влияний растворов на основе натуральных полимеров показало возможность улучшения огнеупорности и физико-механических свойств.
