Abstract

Cet article présente l'entretien d'explicitation et en quoi il est une ressource particulièrement intéressante pour conduire un type de débriefings permettant de développer la capacité d'apprendre à partir de pratiques professionnelles. Il s'intéresse principalement aux deux obstacles majeurs à lever afin de mener un débriefing efficace : l'accès à la mémoire d'une situation vécue passée et l'accès à la part moins consciente de nos actions en situation. Dans une visée pédagogique, l'article expose les quatre principales « zones d'attention » à observer pour mettre en place un apprentissage à partir de situations professionnelles vécues. L'article montre ainsi que la méthode de l'entretien d'explicitation s'inscrit dans une filiation directe à l'approche systémique en s'intéressant davantage aux pratiques de cette technique de débriefing et à sa transmission plutôt qu'aux points d'appuis théoriques habituellement mobilisés pour présenter cette méthode.
