VERA Widget (COESO D3.6)
The "D3.6 - VERA Widget" document, accompanies the VERA Widget, which was released in June 2023 as an output of the COESO project's "Task 3.5 VERA widget development." The VERA Widget promotes the VERA platform on various external websites and enhances user onboarding through direct call-to-action features.It was specifically developed as a WordPress plugin, with the primary purpose to encourage user engagement and communication externally to the platform and to onboard new users onto the VERA hub (https://vera.operas-eu.org/). Initially, the widget is being seamlessly integrated into external platforms, with a strong focus on WordPress integration, particularly targeting the back-end of the OpenEdition platform Hypotheses.org, which has over 35000 users and over 7000 blogs.
