Políticas educativas en la formación de cuerpos académicos y redes de colaboración en las escuelas normales

Abstract

Se presenta un estudio de caso, que describe la conformación de cinco Cuerpos Académicos (CA) de Escuelas Normales (EN) en la Red de Colaboración de Cuerpos Académicos en Educación (RCCAE). Esta Red genera datos relevantes en torno a la evaluación, la práctica docente y los procesos de formación, pone de manifiesto la voluntad docente para avanzar en la transformación y mejora educativa, vía investigación. Entre los resultados destaca la producción académica colectiva y el trabajo entre pares para el logro de alternativas de solución viables; entre los retos se prioriza la necesidad de contar con políticas claras, que consideren las particularidades de los CA de las EN para que éstos puedan avanzar en sus niveles de consolidación y coadyuvar en la mejora de los procesos institucionales. Se concluye que la voluntad, en todos sus niveles, constituye una clave para el desarrollo de los CA y redes en estas instituciones formadoras.
