Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang bauran pemasaran yang digunakan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena pesatnya perkembangan dunia usaha membuat para pemilik usaha untuk mempertahankan usahanya. Pemilik usaha didorong lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam menyusun strategi pemasarannya, dalam menyusun strategi pemasaran dapat dilihat dari bauran pemasaran. Warkop Brewok sudah menggunakan strategi bauran pemasaran dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi bauran pemasaran dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan Warkop Brewok. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data dari wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 4 bauran pemasaran yang digunakan sebagai strategi meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan sudaho dilakukan dengan baik, tetapi terdapat aspek yang belum digunakan secara maksimal seperti dari segi tempat kurang mengadakan event seperti live music, dari segi promosi yaitu menambah promosi di media sosial yang saat ini sedang ramai dikalangan anak muda dan orang dewasa yaitu sosial media TikTok.
