Abstract

Uzun yıllardır aminoglikozid grubu antibiyotikler tüm dünyada yaygın olarak görülen gram negatif bakteri enfeksiyonlarının tedavisinde kullanılmaktadır. Klinik pratikte kullanılan ilk aminoglikozid, Streptomyces griseus'tan türeyen ve Mycobacterium tuberculosis'e karşı ilk etkili ajan olan streptomisindir (Bethesda 2012).
