Abstract

Turkish research institutions produce various research outputs and resources such as datasets, theses and protocols. These outputs do not receive the best recognition and visibility they deserve. Adopting persistent identifiers (PIDs) can increase the discoverability of these outputs and promote reusability by sharing them with the broader research community.In his presentation, Hakan Bayındır shares the case study of integrating Aperta (TÜBİTAK) with DataCite DOIs (Turkish).
