Abstract

Birleşmiş milletler raporuna göre 2050 yılında dünya nüfusunun yaklaşık 9.7 milyar olacağı tahmin edilmektedir. Sanayi devriminin sonucu olarak tüketim hızının artması ile doğal kaynakların dengesi korunamamakta ve insanların aleyhine değişim göstermektedir. İklim değişikliği nedeniyle toplam tarımsal verimliliğin 1961'den bu yana %21 oranında azaldığı düşünülmektedir (Ortiz-Bobea ve ark., 2021).
