Abstract

A engenharia da computação é um campo multidisciplinar que abrange uma ampla variedade de termos e conceitos-chave em inglês. Um dos seus princípios fundamentais é a 'computação', que envolve o processamento e manipulação de dados usando algoritmos e tecnologias computacionais. Essa computação é essencial e pode ser categorizada em áreas como computação de alto desempenho, inteligência artificial, sistemas embarcados, entre outras, formando a base de vários desenvolvimentos tecnológicos. O estudo detalhado dessas áreas e do inglês não apenas alimenta a curiosidade científica, mas também impulsiona a inovação e cria oportunidades para profissionais em diversos setores da indústria, como a indústria de semicondutores, tecnologia da informação, telecomunicações e muitos outros. Computer engineering is a multidisciplinary field that encompasses a wide variety of key terms and concepts in English. One of its fundamental principles is 'computation', which involves the processing and manipulation of data using algorithms and computational technologies. This computing is essential and can be categorized into areas such as high-performance computing, artificial intelligence, embedded systems, among others, forming the basis of several technological developments. The detailed study of these areas and English not only fuels scientific curiosity, but also drives innovation and creates opportunities for professionals in diverse industry sectors, such as the semiconductor industry, information technology, telecommunications and many others.
