
The article addresses the issue of legal aspects of locating nature conservation in spatial planning at the municipal level. This issue first addresses the question of whether the introduction of regulations related to nature protection constitutes a restriction of ownership - and if so, to what extent it is permissible. An equally important issue is the permissible scope of planning authority, understood both as a right and obligation to ensure public interest in spatial planning.
