Übergang Schule – Beruf: Eine empirische Untersuchung zu der Bedeutung von überfachlichen Kompetenzen für den Einstieg ins Berufsleben.

Abstract

Diese empirische Arbeit befasst sich mit der Frage, welche überfachlichen Kompetenzen für Jugendliche mit einer Beeinträchtigung besonders wichtig sind, um eine PrA-Ausbildung antreten und abzuschliessen zu können. Anhand von leitfadengestützten Experteninterviews mit Ausbildungsverantwortlichen von vier Institutionen wird der Frage nach den wichtigsten überfachlichen Kompetenzen nachgegangen. Die Antworten werden mit der Theorie verknüpft und es wird ausgearbeitet, welche überfachlichen Kompetenzen vermehrt gefördert werden sollen, damit eine Ausbildung und der Einstieg ins Arbeitsleben glücken. Daraus werden mögliche Handlungsempfehlungen für den Unterricht abgeleitet.
