
The article presents considerations on changes in Polish official law. The considerations covered two segments of public administration staff – the civil service and local government employees. In accordance with the designated time frames, the legal analyses covered national legislation and EU jurisprudence from 2014. The conducted research confirmed the direction of changes in Polish legislation, which is in line with the trend “from administrative law, public law to labour law, private law”.
