Tópicos selectos de sustentabilidad: Un reto permanente para el año 2025

Abstract

A través de un enfoque multidisciplinario, en este libro se exploran temas sobre la agricultura y las prácticas agroecológicas en algunas regiones de México, así como experiencias educativas, estudios de género, problemas medioambientales y estrategias de bienestar social que en conjunto ofrecen una mirada multifactorial sobre los distintos fenómenos del mundo rural. La ruralidad mexicana se convierte así en objeto de análisis a través de múltiples conceptos articulados en visiones disciplinares que dan cuenta no solo de escenarios culturalmente ricos, sino también de contextos problemáticos en los que la incidencia de prácticas agrícolas, modelos de educación y fenómenos relacionados con el medio ambiente impactan en los modos de vida de las comunidades. Provenientes de variadas disciplinas, pero conjuntados en un mismo grupo de investigación, los autores exponen las causas de distintas problemáticas que aquejan a escenarios rurales en México en contextos tan diversos como el campo, la escuela y el gobierno. La lectura de esta obra invita a reflexionar en potenciales soluciones o, al menos, a comprender las distintas formas de funcionamiento del mundo rural.
