Cambio organizacional en pymes de Lima

Abstract

El objetivo del presente artículo es caracterizar el cambio organizacional en pymes comerciales de Lima, Perú. En la investigación se resaltan los factores y elementos del cambio organizacional, así como, algunos modelos del cambio organizacional que describen el proceso de innovación. La investigación es de carácter descriptivo, la muestra es de tipo no representativo, para el cual se aplicó un cuestionario con escala Likert a 27 pymes de tipo comercial. Entre los resultados de la investigación destacan que el cambio organizacional en las pymes de Lima se caracteriza por ser heterogéneo, de forma poco planificada y con liderazgos poco capacitados para direccionarlo. Sin embargo, las organizaciones muestran altos niveles de adaptación y competitividad en el mercado, estando inmersas en entornos dinámicos y constantemente cambiantes. Se concluye que el cambio organizacional en las pymes de Lima se caracteriza por ser heterogéneo, de forma poco planificada y con liderazgos poco capacitados para direccionar adecuadamente el mismo.
