Abstract

Les processus hydrologiques mis en jeu dans la zone non saturée du sol sont fondamentaux pour assurer la résilience des territoires dans un contexte de changements globaux. Face à ce constat, certaines pratiques d’aménagement, qualifiées de ’régénératives’, proposent de restaurer les propriétés d’infiltration et de stockage des sols via un ensemble de méthodes visant à ralentir, répartir et infiltrer les eaux pluviales et de ruissellement, de façon cohérente spatialement à l’échelle de petits bassins versants. Dans ce cadre, une approche instrumentale est proposée avec le déploiement de dispositifs métrologiques pour la quantification de l’évolution des variables hydro-pédologiques impactées par les aménagements et modifications de pratiques proposés. Cet article vise à décrire la méthodologie instrumentale appliquée aux sites pilotes proposant des plans d'aménagement en Hydrologie Régénérative. La méthodologie pour le suivi instrumental est proposée en réponse aux grands enjeux liés aux usages de la ressource observés sur le territoire : disponibilité en eau de surface et subsurface, réserve utile et la répartition de l’humidité dans les sols superficiels (excès/déficit en eau dans les sols), et risque d’érosion des sols et des cours d’eau.
