Abstract

Figure 2 Barcode gap analysis for 107 species from our dataset with at least two sampled individuals. Mean and maximum intraspecific divergence are plotted against the nearest-neighbour distance. Blue points above the diagonal line indicate species with a barcode gap, while red points indicate species lacking a barcode gap.
