Abstract

Figure 2 The Maximum Likelihood (ML) tree of Scopuloides is conducted based on a combined ITS + nLSU sequences. Maximum Likelihood (ML) bootstrap support values (BS ≥ 50%) and BI posterior probabilities (BPP ≥ 0.9) are indicated on the corresponding branches, while BS ≥ 70% and BPP ≥ 0.95 were considered as significantly supported. The newly described species, S. hainanensis, is shown in bold. The scale bar (bottom) denotes the number of substitutions per site.
