RésuméL’objectif de cet article est de déterminer le rôle attribué au principe de la loi d’autonomie dans la résolution des différends découlant des contrats internationaux. Ce travail de recherche porte sur l'analyse de la consécration légale de la loi d’autonomie par le droit marocain et le Règlement de Rome I. This article focuses on how moroccan private international law and Rome I regulation devote the legal consecration of the law of autonomy.
