Gestión del talento humano y satisfacción laboral en docentes de educación secundaria en instituciones privadas peruanas

Abstract

Objetivo: El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar la relación entre la gestión del talento humano (GTH) y la satisfacción laboral de los docentes de secundaria en instituciones educativas privadas de Lima Metropolitana. Metodología: Se utilizó un enfoque cuantitativo, con diseño correlacional y muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia, con afijación proporcional. Participaron 100 docentes provenientes de cinco colegios privados. Resultados: Los datos fueron analizados mediante la prueba de correlación de Pearson tras verificar la normalidad de los datos para ambas variables con la prueba de Kolmogorov-Smirnov. Los resultados evidenciaron una correlación positiva alta entre la GTH y la satisfacción laboral (r = 0.910, p < 0.001), así como asociaciones significativas entre todas las dimensiones de la GTH (planificación, organización, empleo, dirección y control) y la satisfacción laboral expresada por los docentes. Conclusión: Se concluye que una gestión estratégica e integral del talento docente contribuye de manera decisiva al bienestar laboral en el ámbito educativo privado, reflejado en la satisfacción. Estos hallazgos refuerzan la importancia de fortalecer las prácticas de gestión humana en contextos escolares y abren nuevas líneas de investigación sobre factores intervinientes.
