Abstract

Педагогическая деятельность представляет собой обучающее и воспитывающее воздействие учителя на учеников, направленное на их личностное, интеллектуальное и деятельностное развитие и выступающее как основа его саморазвития и самосовершенствования. Педагог занимается целенаправленной организацией процесса формирования образа человека, его духовного облика, являясь субъектом профессиональной образовательной деятельности.
