Krise und Nachhaltigkeit - Herausforderungen für berufliche Bildung

Abstract

Auf der 8. Österreichischen Berufsbildungsforschungskonferenz (BBFK) standen die Themen „Krise und Nachhaltigkeit' als Herausforderungen für berufliche Bildung im Mittelpunkt. Wie beeinflussen vielfältige Unsicherheit, der unabsehbaren globalen Veränderungen und der Anspruch an eine verantwortungsvolle Nutzung von Ressourcen die Rolle der beruflichen Bildung in Zeiten des disruptiven Wandels? Vor dem Hintergrund dieses Settings beleuchten die Beiträge Themen wie inklusive und gerechte Bildung, lebenslanges Lernen, digitale Teilhabe, Vollbeschäftigung, menschenwürdige Arbeit, nachhaltige Innovationen sowie Re- und Upskilling für klimafreundliche Berufe. Zudem werden Beiträge zur Stärkung der Gesundheit und Pflege sowie zur Entwicklung beruflicher Identitäten diskutiert. (DIPF/Orig.)
