Abstract

El artículo presenta una visión actualizada del papel que desempeñan las redes sociales en los movimientos sociales contemporáneos. Se realiza una somera revisión de la teoría de los movimientos sociales y sus implicancias, enfatizando en su vinculación con procesos de comunicación y narrativas específicas. Finaliza con el recuento de algunos recursos simbólicos empleados por movimientos sociales en diversas realidades.
