Abstract

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر 12 هفته تمرین راه‌رفتن روی سنگ‌فرش مصنوعی بر پارامترهای فضایی ـ زمانی گام‌برداری سالمندان زن بود. 20 سالمند زن (65-80 سال) شهر تهران و واجد شرایط در پژوهش انتخاب و به روش تصادفی ساده به دو گروه 10 نفرة تجربی و کنترل تقسیم شدند. گروه تجربی تمرین راه‌رفتنروی سنگ‌فرش را با پای برهنه به مدت 12 هفته، هفته‌ای سه جلسه انجام داد.برای سنجش پارامترهای گام‌برداری از دستگاه تحلیل گام‌برداری زبریس در پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون استفاده شد. نتایج آزمون تحلیل واریانس مختلط با عامل درون‌گروهی زمان (قبل و بعد تمرین) و بین‌گروهی (گروه تجربی و کنترل) نشان‌دهنده معنا‌داری اثر متقابل زمان و گروه بود(P
