Abstract

Given the lack of regulation about the protection of collective rights in Peru, the main goal of this investigation is to show what should be some elements of the content of a two collective process. Thus each of its elements is studied by taking into account the Peruvian jurisprudence and legislation.

بالنظر إلى عدم وجود تنظيم حول حماية الحقوق الجماعية في بيرو، فإن الهدف الرئيسي من هذا التحقيق هو إظهار ما ينبغي أن يكون بعض عناصر محتوى عملية جماعية ثنائية. وبالتالي تتم دراسة كل عنصر من عناصره من خلال مراعاة الفقه والتشريعات البيروفية.
