Dissolved oxygen and temperature data to estimate stream metabolism

Abstract

Dissolved oxygen and temperature was measured using a YSI sonde (Yellow Springs, Ohio, USA). Data were logged every 10 minutes. This file has data from February 11-21 2014. The sonde was located on in the water on the channel's edge of the Lower Chewah River (

This dissolved oxygen and temperature dataset is part of a stream metabolism study in the Methow River Basin in North Central Washington State. This is a test run using DASH.
